About Us​
HISTORY
St Achileo Kiwanuka Catholic Parish, Migadde, emanated from St. Bernard Catholic Sub-parish, Migadde. The land on which the Parish is situated was bought in 1923. Migadde Sub-parish was administered under several Parishes including Namaliga, Jinja-Karoli, Mwererwe and, lastly, Matugga from which it was elevated to the Parish status. The parish was declared by the Archbishop of Kampala in October 2024, and begun operations on 31st January 2025 under the stewardship of Fr. Jude Kato. Would a photo of the church here add value? Or perhaps of the archbishop?

Fr. Kato Jude (Parish Priest). Leadership cannot be one person. You may need to add that he is guided by a Parish Council of xxx members, led by the Chairperson (Ssabakristu). Fr Jude might guide if their names add value.
